PARTICIPATION FEE
​
- Domestic participants*: KM 90 per person
- Foreign participants: EUR 90 per person
​
- Delegations (3 delegates) – Delegation fee is 20% off.
- Delegations (5 delegates) – Delegation fee is 50% off.

This fee covers:
- reserved post as a country delegate member at SMUN 2019 Conference sessions,
- accommodation
- welcome event​,
- opening ceremony cocktail
- all conference materials,
- entrance to all social events,
- coffee break and refreshments,
- sightseeing tour,
- diplomatic cocktail night (closing ceremony),
- Awards for the best participants in each committee,
- Participation Certificate

SMUN 2019 PARTICIPATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- travel fees

All the participants can apply for financial support in their home countries. If needed, the organizer will provide the applicants with letters of support.

Please note that the participation fee is to be paid within 3 days after receiving the e-mail of acceptance. Applications are reviewed on the rolling basis (first come-first served), so we encourage you to apply sooner in order to secure your place at S'MUN 2019

Participation fee for Bosnia and Herzegovina participants consists of S'MUN Membership Fee (20 KM)
and accommodation (90 KM).

Participants have the option to independently choose accommodation.
